Dear Tustin Grove Homeowner,

We were not asked to write this nor were we approached and solicited to do so.  This was our idea and we were looking for a way to thank our realtor and perhaps be of help to our soon-to-be former neighbors that became our friends.

We interviewed numerous realtors, some claiming to be realtors even though they merely had a real estate license.  We felt our requirements for a realtor were simple.  Hardworking, full-time, ethical and very accountable, to request the least.  After not getting the "right feeling" from our contacts, our last call was to Judy Barr.  Immediately following our initial phone call with Judy, we had everything we requested regarding our property within 2 days of meeting her: property/market analysis, a set-up date for the broker preview tour, and other appointments to expedite the sale of our house.

Judy did everything she promised to do, and kept a realistic yet finessed business approach to all transactions from start to finish.  It was important for us to not only have a hard-working and accountable realtor representing us, but also one knowledgeable enough to make as smooth a transaction as possible. 

Thanks to Judy, we successfully sold our home despite a market slow-down.  It was a relief to put our trust in Judy to get the job done, and do it the right way!
